What exactly is Connections CULINARY services?

We are a multi-service culinary business based in Western Massachusetts. We bridge the gap between professional event catering and community-focused culinary education for children and teens. Simply put: we love great food, and we love teaching others how to make it.


Where are you located?

We are based in Western Massachusetts and serve the surrounding communities. Our catering is mobile, and our kid’s programs are hosted at various community partner locations and school districts.


What kind of events do you cater?

Everything from intimate home gatherings and corporate lunches to large community celebrations. We specialize in custom menus that feel personal and handcrafted, rather than “mass-produced.”


How far in advance should I book?

To give your event the attention it deserves, we generally recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance. however, if you have a last minute request, reach out! If our schedule allows, we’d love to help.

FAQs— Kid’s Culinary Program

What ages are your programs for?

At this time we have specialized workshops for elementary- age (1st-5th grade level) “Junior Chef’s”. Each curriculum is designed to be age-appropriate, safe and engaging.


what will my child actually

learn?

More than just recipes! Our programs focus on “ Kitchen Literacy”—which includes knife safety, math (measuring), science (how heat changes food), and the confidence to try new flavors.


What about food allergies in a Workshop setting?

Safety is our first ingredient! We are highly experienced in managing food allergies and maintain a strict protocol to ensure all students can participate safely. Please include any specific allergy information during enrollment.
